Dive-computer libraries (LGPL-2.1)

Bluetooth dive-computer downloads in the PickADive iOS app are powered by libdivecomputer and libdc-swift, used under the GNU Lesser General Public License v2.1 and linked as separate dynamic frameworks. The full license text is also bundled inside the app (Profile → Data Sources & Licenses).

Complete corresponding source

The complete corresponding source for these libraries as shipped in the current PickADive iOS release, including any modifications, is available here:

Download pickadive-libdc-corresponding-source.tar.gz

The archive contains the libdc-swift sources together with the vendored libdivecomputer tree exactly as built into the app. We refresh it with each app release that changes these libraries.

You can also request the same materials in writing at team@pickadive.com: for three years from the release of each version we will provide the materials described in Section 6 of the LGPL-2.1 for a charge no greater than our cost of distribution.

Everything else

The data sources behind dive-site pages, marine-life records, and forecasts — and their licenses — are listed on the data sources & attribution page.
