Penetration is possible — the wheelhouse can be reached from inside via a narrow companionway, which carries overhead-environment risk. A large cavernous washout exists under the stern. Typical New Jersey offshore wreck conditions (variable visibility, surge/current) apply, though no source documents site-specific conditions.
