Site details

A drift dive on a current-swept slope off Tanjung Bira at the southern tip of South Sulawesi, known for big-fish action with frequent sharks and the occasional hammerhead. Tuna, trevally, schooling pelagics and cod patrol the reef when current runs. A rewarding advanced site sometimes combined with trips to nearby Selayar and Takabonerate.
