ive masted schooner built at the Percy and Small Shipyard in Bath, Maine, in 1902

Severely deteriorated wooden structure that is actively collapsing (a 40-foot hull section fell off in 1988 and the hull has since caved inward) — do not enter the hull. Very shallow, partially sand-filled grounding site beside a working waterfront with active oyster farming in the former lobster pounds, so expect boat traffic and gear in the water. Cold Maine water year-round.
