A genuine WWII Vought F4U Corsair fighter that ditched in 1945 after engine failure and now sits upright and largely intact on a sand flat in about 107-115 ft, roughly 3 miles off the Hawaii Kai marina in Maunalua Bay. The small airframe is home to garden eels, eels and the occasional eagle ray. An advanced boat dive with short bottom times and notoriously unpredictable currents.
