Site details

Eagle Shoal is a remote St. John east-end boat dive made of long coral fingers, overhangs, tunnels, arches, and a large chamber often called The Cathedral. It is known for clear water, abundant reef fish, sponges, cup corals, and occasional larger life, but it is only suitable when the southeast swell is calm enough. The site is naturally overhead-like in places, so routes should be guided and conservative.
