Popular west-Oahu shore dive in front of the Kahe power plant, named for the two warm-water outflow pipes whose discharge attracts dense fish life. A sandy entry leads to a 100-200 yard swim out to the pipes and surrounding reef in 20-40 ft. Early mornings can bring spinner dolphins and the occasional monk seal.
