Site details

Kelly's Reef (the Little Gull site) is a 467-acre Maryland artificial reef about 3 nautical miles southeast of the Ocean City Inlet. Reef materials include concrete rubble, prefabricated concrete units and a sunken barge in roughly 30-45 ft of water. Its short run from the inlet makes it a convenient shallow reef dive and spearfishing spot for sea bass, tautog and flounder.
