Depth spans a wide range across the wreck — official Croatian tourism board figures cite roughly 20m at the bow to 50-55m at the propeller (one other source instead cites an 18m max, so treat the deepest figure as unconfirmed) — meaning full exploration of the deep sections requires staged decompression and technical training. A separate small cave near the coast at about 3m exists nearby but is not part of the main wreck. The wall structure allows planned deep stops but adds current and overhead-environment considerations at depth.
