Former military pier/breakwater on Vieques with artificial-reef structure, macro life, and frequent easy shore-dive use. It is shallow enough for snorkeling and freediving and commonly used for beginner scuba and night dives. Keep clear of pier structure, fishing line, and boat traffic.
