The collapsed remains of a roughly 100-foot steel Naval Ocean Systems Center research tower erected in 1959, toppled by a large storm in 1988. The tangle of steel lattice lies on the sand in about 20-60 feet of water and makes a shallow, photogenic second dive in Wreck Alley.
