EntryBoat dive only. Tie to the seasonal preserve mooring buoy (anchoring on the wreck is prohibited) and descend the mooring line to the wreck, which lies about 1/4 mile north of Sloop Island. Site currently closed — confirm with LCMM that the preserve has reopened and the buoy is in place before diving.
ExitAscend the mooring line with a safety stop; the buoy line is your only fixed reference in dark water.
ParkingBoat access only; nearest public launches are in Charlotte and Ferrisburgh, VT. Most divers visit via dive charter out of Burlington.
