Marine Life Conservation District in a volcanic bay with shallow inner reef for snorkeling and deeper outer-bay diving for experienced divers. Official rules prohibit taking or injuring marine life, altering coral/geology, feeding fish, and operating watercraft. Access is managed by park hours, parking limits, fees, and required orientation/reservation rules.
