The reef is a documented fishing spot, so expect angling boat traffic overhead and possible lost line and tackle on the wrecks. Sharks (blacktip, tiger, dusky, hammerhead) are among the species TPWD lists at its artificial reef sites. Open-Gulf location 18 nm offshore.
