A popular shore dive on Shinnecock Bay in Hampton Bays, just east of the old Ponquogue Bridge span. The bridge pilings and rubble form an artificial reef teeming with marine life, and the proximity to the Shinnecock Inlet brings in clear ocean water and seasonal tropical strays carried north on the Gulf Stream. Considered one of the best shore dives on Long Island.
