Site details

Suck Em Up is a shallow North Kona boat dive built around lava tubes, cavern-like passages, skylights, and the pulsing surge that gives the site its name. It is shallow but not trivial: buoyancy and overhead discipline matter because the passages can be tight and surge can push divers around. Use it as a guided boat cavern/swim-through site, not as a technical cave dive.
