Far Garden
South Sinai · 5–40 m
Far Garden is the northernmost of the three Gardens dive sites reached by boat from Naama Bay. The topography is a sloping coral wall dropping to around 40 m, fronted at the start of the dive by large coral pinnacles draped with gorgonian fan corals and several small caves. The exposed headland acts as a channel for larger pelagics, with occasional manta ray and whale shark sightings.

Gabr El Bint is a remote, pristine dive site well south of Dahab, accessible only by boat or by camel because the coastal road ends near The Caves. It features dramatic walls, large pinnacles and healthy coral, and is considered one of the best dives in the Dahab area.

Golden Blocks

Golden Blocks is a southern Dahab reef site, in the stretch toward Gabr El Bint, named for the large golden-hued coral blocks and pinnacles rising from the slope. It offers coral gardens in the shallows dropping to a wall, and is reached by boat or camel.

Gordon reef
South Sinai · 5–30 m
The southernmost of the four named reefs in the Strait of Tiran, mapped by 19th-century British cartographers. It features vertical walls at the ends and a large plateau around 25m on the south-eastern side, often dived as a drift, with the rusting Loullia freighter wreck marking the reef top.

Gulf Fleet No. 31
Red Sea Governorate · 85–108 m
Gulf Fleet No. 31 is a US-built offshore supply vessel of about 294 GRT that sank near the northeast tip of Shaabruhr Umm Qammar reef off Hurghada. The wreck stands upright on a rocky outcrop with the stern around 105 m and the deepest point near 108 m, with penetration of the pilothouse possible around 95 m. It is a strictly technical deep dive, showing intact rudders, propellers and aft cargo containers.
